We’re looking for an Operations Assistant to join our team.
Colossal Media is the largest hand paint outdoor advertising company in America –Producing high impact, large-scale wallscapes all over the country for a diverse group of clients from Advertising Agencies, Museums, Fortune 500 Companies, to Galleries and Famous artists.
Because of our rapid expansion, we have an opening for an energetic and aggressive operations manager to join our team. This is not a strictly defined position, so the ideal candidate will be able to evolve within the company as we continue to grow.
This includes but is not limited to:
•New wall acquisition and management
•Nationwide location scouting
•Zoning analysis and permitting
•Building relationships with building owners and management companies
•Working closely with city agencies and expediters
You will always be finding new ways for us to expand and pre-emptively solve problems.
This is a great position for a self-starter that likes working on multiple projects at once and doesn’t get frazzled by unexpected problems and tight deadlines.
You must be able to work as team but it is also very necessary that you are able to problem solve and are intrinsically motivated on an individual level.
